Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1) What you're buying 

All products sold on Virtual Shadows are digital files (photos, videos, PDFs, prompts). Delivery is instant after successful payment via download link/email. No physical goods are shipped.

2) No returns (digital content)

Because access to digital files is provided immediately, purchases are final and non-returnable.

For customers in the EU/UK: by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins (EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
If you don’t want immediate access, do not open/download the files and contact us within 14 days at info@virtualshadows.ai 

3) File issues — we’ll fix it

If a file is missing, corrupted, or the link expired, email info@virtualshadows.ai with your order ID. We will re-enable access or replace the files promptly (typically within 24–72h). If we cannot restore working access, we’ll issue a refund for the affected item.

4) Duplicate purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours at info@virtualshadows.ai (and do not download the duplicate files).
If our system confirms a duplicate order for identical content, we will cancel and refund the extra charge.

5) Chargebacks & misuse

We may suspend access in cases of fraud, file redistribution, or chargebacks. Licenses terminate if a refund is issued.

Digital Access Policy

All AI Muse collections and digital assets purchased through Virtual Shadows Studio are delivered via a private download link (Google Drive).
Once your order is fulfilled, you receive permanent ownership and commercial rights to the downloaded files, but cloud access remains available for a limited period.

We guarantee private link access for a minimum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, Virtual Shadows Studio reserves the right to archive or relocate digital assets to maintain storage and system efficiency.
Please make sure to download and safely store your AI Muse pack immediately after purchase to ensure continued access to your files.
