No physical goods are shipped.

We strive to present accurate visuals and descriptions; however, colors and appearances may vary depending on device display and settings.
Each AI Muse or digital pack is sold “as is,” without any guarantee of meeting specific aesthetic expectations.

Descriptions, availability, and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase digital content.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Once payment is successfully processed, the digital files or download links will be delivered automatically or via email.

Because delivery of digital files is immediate, all sales are final and governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Taxes (e.g., VAT) will be added where applicable.
We may update pricing, discounts, or promotions without prior notice.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and that the details you provide are accurate.

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Delivery occurs instantly after successful payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with download links or access instructions.
If you do not receive your files, please contact info@virtualshadows.ai within 24 hours, and we will re-enable access.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All AI-generated assets, including visuals, videos, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of Virtual Shadows Studio.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use the delivered content under the conditions defined in our license policy.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files as stock content or templates.

  • Claim authorship of the underlying AI persona.

  • Use materials for defamatory, hateful, or illegal purposes.

We retain all copyrights and moral rights in the AI personas, concepts, and creative direction.

SECTION 7 – LICENSE GRANT

By purchasing a 1/1 Muse or digital pack, you are granted a license to use the materials for personal or commercial creative use (e.g., social media, campaigns, websites).
You do not own the underlying AI model or persona; you own the right to use the specific delivered visuals.

SECTION 8 – REFUNDS

Because all content is digital, refunds are not possible once access is granted, except in cases of:

  • Corrupted, missing, or inaccessible files

  • Verified duplicate purchases

SECTION 9 – DIGITAL ACCESS POLICY

All purchased AI Muse collections and digital assets are delivered through a private download link (Google Drive).
Once your order is fulfilled, you receive ownership and commercial rights to the downloaded files, but cloud access remains available for a limited period.

We guarantee private link access for a minimum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, Virtual Shadows Studio reserves the right to archive or relocate digital assets to maintain system efficiency and data security.

Please ensure you download and safely store your Muse pack immediately after purchase to guarantee continued access to your files.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, some personal data may also be processed under Shopify’s own privacy terms.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

Our site may include links or tools provided by third parties (e.g., Shopify, payment processors).
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

We do not guarantee that files or features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Shadows Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or digital products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
